Many thanks for your card during your trip. I did the Brera at Milan & saw the "Last Supper." Until yesterday the weather here has been very unsettled, now it's splendid with chances for it remaining thus. Stump has packed his books. Saw the Pope Sunday in a pretty good audience. Trust that you were not displeased with my getting the money from the Rec. Was the umbrella yours? Regards to Jake. Shall write you again. Rome fills the bill.
