Mar. 29- 05. Dear Folks: - As you know by this time I received your letter of the 7th of Feb. with that $200 from Pierrelees, Feb. 21st. The books I received March 6th. Your letter of the 21 of Feb. came March 6th also. You should have received a letter from me about the 16th and another on about the 25th of March and a postal for the 19th (St. Josephs-day.) I'm sorry you had to wait so long. Now I will wait until I receive another one from you before I write another letter. I am more than glad to hear that pa is doing so well. I sincerely hope the present treatment will prove succesful. Oh, I forgot to say that I received your letter a half hour ago, asking for reasons for my delay and that for this reason I am writing this postal. Kind regards from "Dee" to you all. I am well and happy and jolly as ever. That's saying quite a bit, isn't it? Hoping you are all well. I am, with love, Your's, Edw. J. Schimberg.
