Dear Ed: - Red. Your letter Nov. 5th and my trunk arrived only yesterday and all OK. Keep that Guide Through Europe. Will send you Baedeker. Got that pair of trousers from Gassner before I left. Send me Hurters Marien Medaylen and be sure to mark all expenses on bill. My books will probably be here by Christmas; a slow country! Haven't received bill for trunk yet. Will also send you the photo's of Nilles. I have two hours of dogma daily at Gregoriana & 1 hour more at Propaganda. Will write you a letter soon, too busy at present. I have a most pleasant home at French Le[?]. Am beginnning to catch a few French phrases and can help myself in Italian. I enjoy it. Fine weather all the time. Have my windows open all day.
