“Luigi Fogar was born in Peuma near Görz/Goritia in 1882, nowadays Northern Italy (Friaul/Venetia), he was promoted to Doctor of Catholic Theology in 1917 at the Unviersiy of Innsbruck, he studied in Innsbruck from 1902 to 1907.
Since 1923 Luigi Fogar was Bishop of Triest/Italy.”
