“Cyril Haffner, a son of Mr. and Mrs. Nicholas Haffner of No. 16 West Third street, who will be ordained a priest in St. Peter’s Cathedral at 8:30 o’clock on Saturday morning August 10, is expected to arrive in this city from New York some time this evening or Sunday.

Mr. Haffner entered upon his studies for the priesthood at St. Francis Solanus College in Quincy, Ill., in 1896, remaining at this institution until 1904, when he entered the Innsbruck University in Innsbruck, Tyrol.”
